Using Isothiocyanates (ITCs), which are naturally occurring compounds found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli. They’ve been extensively studied since the 1990s for their diverse biological properties. Because ITCs are highly reactive and short-lived, obtaining significant amounts through normal diet can be challenging. Each Nomio shot delivers ITCs in a bioavailable form, equivalent to those typically found in around 2.5–3 kg of raw broccoli
